All wrestlers participating in the Tyrant Duals will receive free admission to the college Franklin & Marshall Open.

Entry Fee: $200 non-refundable deposit
Any registration received for sold out divisions will be placed on the waiting list. A refund will be issued to teams not accepted.

-NCAA out of bounds rule
-Team awards
-Individual awards for team champions
-Outstanding wrestler award for every team
-Pools / brackets are subject to change based on final number of teams
-Headgear is required

If you are interested in participating in the Tyrant Duals but your team is not entered, “free agent” wrestlers compete ever year. Complete the free agent registration to get on this list. Registration is FREE. Please email info@tyrantwrestling.com when a team picks you up so you can be removed from the list (include tournament name, wrestler name, division & weight class). It is important the free agent list remain up to date.

Wrestlers do not need to be in the duals to participate in the open. Anyone can attend the open.

Entry Fee:
$30 Online registration before December 11th (early bird special)
$45 Online registration after December 11th
Walk-ins accepted Friday only / No walk-ins on Saturday

Open Miscellaneous:
-Wrestlers may enter multiple divisions
-Age as of January 11, 2025
-Duals weigh-in will be used for the open
-NCAA out of bounds rule
-Awards for top 4 place finishers
-Double elimination through 6th place
-This will be a Rapid Fire style tournament. No minimum breaks between matches. The open will conclude within 3 hours.
-Headgear is required
-Divisions / weight classes may be combined if necessary

Weight Allowance: 2 lb

Brackets:
-2:00pm brackets posted on Trackwrestling
-2:15pm report to the head table with any issues 
-No changes will be made after Saturday 2:30pm
-2:30pm final brackets posted
-3:00pm wrestling begins

Open wrestlers can weigh-in at any of the above times. Walk-in registration accepted at Friday’s weigh-ins. Wrestlers must be pre-registered to weigh-in on Saturday. Duals weigh-in will be used for the open.

Weigh-ins will not begin early and will not run late. Please allow enough time to arrive during one of the weigh-ins.

2025 Tyrant Duals Tournament Preview

2025 Preview will be released the week of the tournament

F&M OPEN

Tyrant Wrestling is partnered with the Franklin & Marshall Open. This will be a great opportunity to see an NCAA college tournament while participating in the youth tournament. All wrestlers participating in the Tyrant Duals will receive free admission to the F&M Open on Friday, January 10th at the Franklin & Marshall Schnader Field House. 

Wrestlers need to check in at the ticket office to receive their general ticket. Additional tickets can be purchased on site.
